Use of the site
By using OrcStar you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain pricing or stock errors.
Payment
Payment is processed at checkout by our PCI-compliant processor. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Limitation of liability
OrcStar's total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of purchase. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
