Fine print

  • Coins are awarded after an order ships and the return window closes.
  • Refunded orders forfeit the coins earned from that order.
  • Tier is based on coins earned in the current tier period, not your spendable balance.
  • Tier periods reset every year on January 1. Your earned Orc Coins do not expire on reset — only the tier progress counter rolls over.
  • Reach a new tier in November or December and your reset is postponed to the following January 1, giving you a full year at the new tier.
  • Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire after 24 months of account inactivity.
  • OrcStar may adjust tier thresholds and benefits with 30 days' notice.
