30-day returns
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items are accepted at a 15% restocking fee provided they are in original condition.
DOA replacement
Dead-on-arrival hardware reported within 7 days is replaced free of charge, with a prepaid return label.
Custom builds
Custom-spec builds are non-refundable once assembly has started.
How to start a return
Email support@orcstar.example with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
