What we collect
We collect information you give us when you create an account, place an order, or contact us — name, email, shipping address, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates), and improve our store. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart and session, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising and Google Ads
We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to purchases and to show relevant ads. When you complete an order, your browser tells Google Ads that a purchase happened, with the order number, order total and currency, along with Google's advertising cookies and device details. We don't send your name, email or address to Google. Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked first and are only measured after choosing Accept. Everywhere else, measurement is on by default. Anyone can turn it off or on anytime using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Learn how Google uses this data at business.safety.google/privacy.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@orcstar.com. Account data can also be exported or deleted from your account page.
Third parties
We share data with payment processors, shipping carriers, and infrastructure providers only to fulfil your orders, and with Google Ads for advertising measurement as described above. Each partner is bound by data-protection agreements.
